Shipping Guide

Due to COVID-19, we have temporarily suspended shipping services to some country. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please mail us know if you have any questions.

Notice

Our working days to proceed online orders are Monday and Thursday.

If you paid before 23:59am on Sunday, we will send out the order on Monday. If you paid before 23:59am on Wednesday, your order will be sent out on Thursday.

The arrival time of parcel depends on the distance of different places. Please check your email to browse if your products are ready. We will send you a confirmation email after we sent out your products.

All customers will be informed before 12am on our delivery day. The un-stability of network, capacity of mailbox and status of server might be the causes which affect the failure of receiving our emails.

  6. 活動辦法有任何變更或修正，依網站公告為主，不再另行通知。直物保留取消、終止、修正或暫停本活動權利，並保有最終釋義權。

About Delivery Fee

Overseas delivery (including packaging and handling fees): The delivery area includes Hong Kong, Macau, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, Canada, USA, UK, etc.

Some country will be charged Separately (Delivery Fee would be : NT$0 when you check out ), we will contact you after the package is ready.

All products will be sent from Taiwan. For customers who are from countries that we did not mentioned in our list above, please contact us for more information.

The arrival time depends on the distance. When your order is shipped, we will send you an email.

The delivery fee would be depended on the weight / size of package / distance.

If you have any questions, please drop us a note, we will contact you as soon as possible.

If the order shipped overseas exceeds the fixed amount, there may be customs duties, which are determined according to the customs regulations of each country.

Note 1: Some countries cannot deliver liquids, knives, and magnets. In case of goods that cannot be delivered, we will contact you if you have ordered such goods.

Note 2: Hong Kong: SF Express may charge a non-industrial and commercial surcharge around HK$20 for home delivery of Hong Kong residential addresses. If the residential address is located in a remote area, it will only charge a remote area surcharge of HK$30, or you You can fill in the address of SF station address or point code. And pick up by yourself then you don't need to pay the surcharge.(Hong Kong Residential Surcharge Standards)

Note 3: The products will be send from Taiwan. Our shipping area included Hong Kong, Macau, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, Canada, United States, United Kingdom and others.

Our system will automatically calculate the shipping fees required according to the weight or size of package. For any further information, please feel free to contact us. Or the Delivery Fee will more than we count, we will contact you after the package is ready.

Returns and Refunds

If you will need to return the products within 7 days in case the product is in defective conditions. Please make sure that the returned product is in original package.
