如果在 1950 年代，咖啡來到台灣，它遇見的或許不只是檸檬。

它也許會遇見阿嬤醃在玻璃罐裡的紫蘇梅、夜市攤上的金桔、廟口的楊桃汁，以及柑仔店冰涼的冬瓜茶。

我們從這個想像出發，將四種熟悉的台灣風味融入濃縮咖啡，創作出四款屬於這座島嶼的西西里。

阿嬤家的西西里：紫蘇梅 × 檸檬

以紫蘇梅的甘甜與微鹹，揉合檸檬的清亮酸香，再與濃縮咖啡交織。入口是熟悉的梅子鹹甜，接著轉為檸檬的清爽酸香與咖啡微苦。熟悉的滋味，讓人忍不住再喝一口。

What if coffee had arrived in Taiwan in the 1950s? It might have discovered more than just lemons.

It might have encountered shiso plums aging in Grandma's glass jar, kumquats from the night market, star fruit juice by the temple, and chilled winter melon tea from the local grocery store.

Inspired by this idea, we blended four familiar Taiwanese flavors with espresso to create four Sicily-style coffees inspired by Taiwan.

The gentle sweetness and subtle saltiness of shiso plum blend with the bright acidity of lemon and rich espresso. The first sip brings the nostalgic taste of salted plum, followed by refreshing citrus and a delicate coffee bitterness. It's a comforting flavor that keeps you coming back for another sip.
