Plain is a lifestyle select shop that began with stationery. We believe objects can carry emotions and shape the rhythm of everyday life. Through honest and pure design, we hope to accompany people in their daily moments.
Since our founding, we have embraced the philosophy that “the essence of an object is what truly matters.” We focus on selecting items with warmth and thoughtful details, alongside our own creations such as the RESEARCH NOTES notebooks, handmade paper pencils, and Today’s Stamp. Each piece embodies both functional beauty and unique character.

This summer, we unveiled the renewed Plain Stationery & Café, where stationery, coffee, and music intertwine as three core elements. Here, visitors can not only explore carefully curated stationery, tableware, and everyday objects, but also enjoy our in-house roasted coffee and desserts. In addition, intimate live music performances will be held, bringing together words, sounds, and objects within the same space. More than just a shop, we serve as a small salon-like corner where people can connect, listen, and write—discovering a quiet yet profound rhythm of life.
