Shipping method and freight calculation
- We will ship every Monday and Thursday. Orders with payment completed before 23:59 on Sunday night will be shipped on Monday, and orders with payment completed before 23:59 on Wednesday night will be shipped on Thursday.
- Order amount above NT$1,200 can enjoy this free shipping discount (the discount includes Taiwan islands, excluding overseas, black cat home delivery). If you have any doubts about the cost calculation, please contact before placing the order.
- If there are larger or heavier items such as pens, notebooks, pencil sharpeners, etc. with pen boxes, the system will calculate shipping costs based on weight or volume.
- If you do not receive the shipping notification email, it may be due to uncertain factors such as network conditions, mailbox capacity, server abnormalities, etc.
- You can check your tracking number when logged in.

Overseas delivery
The delivery area includes Hong Kong, Macau, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, Canada, USA, UK, etc. Please pay by credit card. The products will be send from Taiwan. Our system will automatically calculate the shipping fees required. For customers overseas, if hoping to deliver outside our list, please feel free to contact us.
If the order shipped overseas exceeds the fixed amount, there may be customs duties, which are determined according to the customs regulations of each country.
