Plain Stationery has the right to modify or change the content of these Terms of Service at any time. Any modifications will be published on this website, and we will not individually notify members. We recommend you check for such modifications or changes regularly. Shipping Information
Our regular shipping days are Mondays and Thursdays. Orders paid by Sunday 11:59 PM will be shipped on Monday, and orders paid by Wednesday 11:59 PM will be shipped on Thursday.
Inventory varies by store location. If you need a specific item, we recommend calling ahead to confirm stock before visiting a store to avoid disappointment. If an item is in stock online, it's usually available at the Zhongxiao Xinsheng store; please ask the counter staff there. For Gongguan store inventory, please call the Gongguan store directly.
If you add items to your shopping cart but it remains empty, try using an incognito window or logging in via mobile. If the issue persists, please contact us. We apologize for any inconvenience!
You'll receive a shipping notification via email after your order has been dispatched, so please keep an eye out for it. During long holidays, shipping will be postponed to the next shipping day; we appreciate your understanding. Shipping notifications are sent out after goods are dispatched on the same day. The sending time depends on the number of orders; more orders mean longer processing times, so notifications might be sent later, but always before 12 PM on the shipping day. Delivery times vary slightly depending on the recipient's location. If you don't receive a shipping notification email, it might be due to network issues, mailbox capacity, server abnormalities, or other unforeseen factors.
If you're unable to make a bank transfer within 3 days of placing your order, please let us know in advance. Orders not paid within 3 days will be canceled.
An electronic invoice with details will be included with your shipment. If you need a handwritten, two-part, or three-part invoice, please specify this in the remarks and include the invoice title. Handwritten invoices will only list "Stationery Items." If you need a detailed shopping list on the handwritten invoice, please let us know in the remarks.
For Post Office registered mail or convenience store pure pickup orders that need to be combined, please email us. For convenience store cash-on-delivery orders that need to be combined, since the system cannot change the amount, please create a new order and make a note in the remarks that you have reordered. If you need to change or cancel an order, please email us before 23:59 on the day before the nearest shipping date. If you fail to cancel within this timeframe and the package is not picked up, we will suspend your convenience store pickup service. If you fail to pick up your order on time and require re-delivery, an additional shipping fee will apply. We appreciate your understanding.
If an item you purchased is out of stock and cannot be shipped, our staff will notify you by phone or email to cancel the order or offer a replacement.
⚠️ Anti-Fraud Awareness:
Please be aware of scam calls. If you receive a call claiming there's a setting or operational error, or asking you to operate an ATM, do not believe them. Immediately contact the 165 anti-fraud hotline and reach out to us through the official Plain Stationery website.
Product-Related Questions
Leather products inherently have scratches or textures on their surface due to material characteristics and production methods, and individual items will vary. Please consider this carefully before purchasing if you're concerned about this.
Due to computer monitor color settings and lighting, there might be slight differences between product photo colors and actual product colors. We apologize for any discrepancies.
Some items are handmade, meaning each piece is unique and may show traces of being handmade, unlike mass-produced items that are perfectly flawless. This is a characteristic of handmade products. Please pay attention to any usage instructions to extend the product's lifespan.
Membership Questions

You can earn and redeem points at both our online store and physical locations. For point accumulation rules, please see in-store or website announcements (under "My Account > Member Points"). On the website, you can also view your total points, their cash value, point redemption rules, and point usage history.
Please note that some discounted items and shipping fees cannot be offset or awarded with points.
Member points for eligible online/in-store purchases will be issued seven days after the order status becomes "Completed."
If you linked your account with LINE or Facebook for login, please log in to the Member Center first and fill in your mobile number. You can then report your phone number for point collection at the store; otherwise, you can only use your email for point collection.

If a member fails to provide accurate information or does not update previously provided information that is no longer accurate, their services will be suspended until the updated, accurate information is provided.
If a member account is suspected of being stolen, its usage rights will be immediately terminated.
If a member account is stolen due to improper management of the account and password, or due to transfer or lending to others, the member shall bear all resulting liabilities. After using all service functions on this website, please remember to log out of your account. If sharing a computer with others or using a public computer, always use an incognito window for all activities.

We provide you with functions to access, correct, and transfer your data on the account page. If you need to delete your account, please send an email to info@plain.tw, and we will delete all your account data, including order information related to your account. Post Office Delivery (includes packaging and handling fee):
Normally arrives 1 to 3 days after the shipping date.
All items are sent by registered mail. Delivery times vary slightly depending on the recipient's location and cannot be specified.
If your order hasn't arrived within three days of shipping, please contact us.
Shipping fees include registered postage, packaging, and handling fees, calculated by weight or volume.
If you meet the free shipping threshold, the above fees will not apply.
Convenience Store Cash on Delivery (includes packaging and handling fee):
Normally arrives at the store on the 3rd day after the shipping date.
Shipping and handling fees are a flat NT$65.
Please pick up your order at the store within 5 days after the shipping date (shipping days are Mondays and Thursdays).
Important: You will receive an SMS notification when your package arrives. Users who have opted out of commercial SMS messages or whose phones have been off for extended periods will not receive the SMS.
You must complete the store selection process for your order to be considered complete!
After shipping, you'll receive a shipping notification email, and your package is expected to arrive at the store in two days. Please pick it up within 5 days of the shipping date.
If you fail to pick up your order by the deadline, the goods will be returned, and your order will be automatically canceled. If you still wish to purchase, please reorder.
Reminder: If you fail to pick up your order at the convenience store 2 or more times, we will suspend your convenience store pickup service and ask you to pay by credit card or ATM for future orders. If you have any questions, please email Plain Stationery. Thank you.
In-Store Pickup & Payment (Plain Stationery Stores):
No shipping fees are charged. Please pay when you pick up at the store.
Once your order is placed and ready for pickup, we will send an "Arrived" email notification.
If you wish to pick up on the same day, please call us to notify.
Orders will be held for five days, after which they will be canceled. We appreciate your understanding.
International Shipping (includes packaging and handling fee):
Shipping areas include Hong Kong (shipping fee payable on arrival), Macau (shipping fee payable on arrival), China (shipping fee payable on arrival), Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, Canada, USA, UK, etc.
Please use credit card payment.
The system calculates shipping fees based on weight or volume. For some regions, shipping fees are payable on arrival (shipping fee will show as NT$0), and we will contact you after the shipping fee is confirmed.
Customs duties depend on the customs regulations and random inspections of each country and may not always apply. If customs duties are incurred, the fees will be determined by the respective country's customs.
For some goods or larger items, in addition to shipping fees, there may be additional volume charges. If such charges apply, we will contact you before shipping to discuss shipping or order cancellation.
Delivery times vary slightly depending on the recipient's location.
Some countries cannot ship liquids, knives, or magnets. If you order such items and they cannot be shipped, we will contact you.
Note: For China, Hong Kong, and Macau: All shipments use SF Express. Shipping fees are payable upon arrival. For shipping fees and delivery times, please refer to the SF Express website: http://www.sf-express.com/tw/tc/. If you have any questions, you can email us to inquire about shipping fees and delivery times before placing your order. SF Express charges an additional HKD$20 non-commercial surcharge for residential addresses in Hong Kong. If the residential address is in a remote area, only a remote area surcharge of HKD$30 will be charged. Alternatively, you can fill in the SF Express service point code or address and pick up the package yourself to avoid the surcharge (Hong Kong Residential Surcharge Standard Explanation).

Return & Exchange Policy
Product Appreciation Period:
Except for perishable goods, goods with a short shelf life (expiring upon return/cancellation), customized goods, current newspapers, periodicals or magazines, opened pen refills, ink cartridges, opened personal hygiene products, and other items that do not qualify for the 7-day appreciation period under the "Regulations on Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Rescind Communication Transactions," you have a 7-day product appreciation period (including holidays) starting from when the product arrives.
Items purchased from the Plain Stationery online store enjoy a seven-day appreciation period. Items returned within the appreciation period must be in brand new condition and complete packaging. Unless the product is defective, if the product is no longer in brand new condition and complete packaging, you may be charged a partial fee or your right to return may be affected. If you need to understand the product condition further or have any questions about the product, we recommend you email or call customer service before ordering or after receiving the product. Unless replacing refills or ink cartridges, please do not disassemble the product to avoid damage or inability to reassemble. If you have questions during use, please call or email us.
When returning or exchanging an item, if it's no longer in brand new condition and complete packaging, you might be charged a partial fee or your right to return may be affected. Please pack the returned item properly using the original shipping carton. If returning an item causes the total order amount to fall below the free shipping threshold, the original order's shipping fee will still be charged.
Miniature figures and miniature desktop animals are not toys. Please keep them out of reach of infants or household pets to avoid danger. Do not provide them to children under 14 years old. Children and teenagers under 18 years old are not allowed to purchase knives.
According to consumer protection law, the seven-day appreciation period does not apply to purchases made in physical stores. Except for defective products, no returns or exchanges are allowed.
Returned goods must be unused and free from non-human-caused stains, damage, or malfunctions. The Consumer Protection Law's 7-day appreciation period is only for you to consider and confirm whether the product meets your needs, not for trial use. If this store has notified you, please retain the complete original packaging (including the outer cardboard box) and return it with the invoice (if included with the shipment); otherwise, returns will not be accepted.
If you need to return an item, please log in to the website within 7 days of receiving the product, go to the Member / Order page, and use "Seller and Customer Order Communication" to contact us. Please state the "name of the returned product" and "reason for return." Our customer service staff will assist you with the return or exchange.
Return Process:
Contact customer service → Confirm eligibility for return/exchange → Prepare complete product and invoice → Provide collection time, contact information, and address → Self-ship to the address or convenience store designated by customer service.
For credit card payments: After successful return confirmation, the refund will be directly credited back to the original credit card account used for payment.
For cash-on-delivery payments: After successful return confirmation, the refund will be transferred to the bank account you provide.
