如果在 1950 年代，咖啡來到台灣，它遇見的或許不只是檸檬。

它也許會遇見阿嬤醃在玻璃罐裡的紫蘇梅、夜市攤上的金桔、廟口的楊桃汁，以及柑仔店冰涼的冬瓜茶。

我們從這個想像出發，將四種熟悉的台灣風味融入濃縮咖啡，創作出四款屬於這座島嶼的西西里。

廟口西西里：楊桃 × 檸檬

古早味楊桃汁特有的酸甜與鹹甘，搭配檸檬及濃縮咖啡、柔和了咖啡的苦韻。檸檬帶出清爽明亮的酸度，像廟口旁那杯冰涼楊桃汁，是炎熱午後熟悉的解渴滋味。

What if coffee had arrived in Taiwan in the 1950s? It might have discovered more than just lemons.

It might have encountered shiso plums aging in Grandma's glass jar, kumquats from the night market, star fruit juice by the temple, and chilled winter melon tea from the local grocery store.

Inspired by this idea, we blended four familiar Taiwanese flavors with espresso to create four Sicily-style coffees inspired by Taiwan.

The distinctive sweet, tangy, and lightly salted flavor of traditional Taiwanese star fruit juice blends with fresh lemon and espresso, softening the coffee's natural bitterness. Bright citrus notes add a refreshing finish, bringing to mind an ice-cold cup of star fruit juice enjoyed beside a temple on a hot afternoon.
