Made with homemade brown sugar from our family's sugarcane farm and premium Japanese kinako (roasted soybean flour), this Basque cheesecake is baked at high heat to achieve its signature caramelized exterior while keeping the center rich, creamy, and silky.

黑糖濃郁的焦香甜味與黃豆粉溫潤的豆香交織，再襯托乳酪淡雅的酸香，讓整體風味更加平衡、不甜膩。
The deep caramel notes of the brown sugar blend beautifully with the gentle nuttiness of the kinako, while the cheesecake's subtle tang balances the sweetness for a smooth, refined finish.
