如果在 1950 年代，咖啡來到台灣，它遇見的或許不只是檸檬。

它也許會遇見阿嬤醃在玻璃罐裡的紫蘇梅、夜市攤上的金桔、廟口的楊桃汁，以及柑仔店冰涼的冬瓜茶。

我們從這個想像出發，將四種熟悉的台灣風味融入濃縮咖啡，創作出四款屬於這座島嶼的西西里。

夜市西西里：自家栽培金桔 × 檸檬

使用自家栽培的金桔，搭配檸檬與濃縮咖啡。金桔帶有明亮果酸、細緻果皮香與淡淡甘甜，喝起來活潑爽朗。像把台灣夜市裡熟悉的酸甜滋味，濃縮進一杯咖啡裡。

What if coffee had arrived in Taiwan in the 1950s? It might have discovered more than just lemons.

It might have encountered shiso plums aging in Grandma's glass jar, kumquats from the night market, star fruit juice by the temple, and chilled winter melon tea from the local grocery store.

Inspired by this idea, we blended four familiar Taiwanese flavors with espresso to create four Sicily-style coffees inspired by Taiwan.

Today, we'd like to introduce :

Night Market Sicily : Homegrown Kumquat × Lemon

Made with homegrown kumquats, fresh lemon, and espresso. The kumquats bring bright acidity, delicate citrus aromas, and gentle sweetness. It's like capturing the vibrant sweet and tangy flavors of a Taiwanese night market in a single cup.
