如果在 1950 年代，咖啡來到台灣，它遇見的或許不只是檸檬。

它也許會遇見阿嬤醃在玻璃罐裡的紫蘇梅、夜市攤上的金桔、廟口的楊桃汁，以及柑仔店冰涼的冬瓜茶。

我們從這個想像出發，將四種熟悉的台灣風味融入濃縮咖啡，創作出四款屬於這座島嶼的西西里。

柑仔店西西里：冬瓜茶 × 檸檬

冬瓜茶的焦糖甜香與檸檬的明亮酸度，在濃縮咖啡中形成溫潤而有層次的風味。入口帶著古早味冬瓜茶的香甜，隨後由檸檬收尾，甜而不膩，就像走進童年巷口的柑仔店，簡單卻令人懷念。

What if coffee had arrived in Taiwan in the 1950s? It might have discovered more than just lemons.

It might have encountered shiso plums aging in Grandma's glass jar, kumquats from the night market, star fruit juice by the temple, and chilled winter melon tea from the local grocery store.

Inspired by this idea, we blended four familiar Taiwanese flavors with espresso to create four Sicily-style coffees inspired by Taiwan.

Winter Melon Tea × Lemon

The caramel-like sweetness of winter melon tea meets the bright acidity of fresh lemon, creating a smooth and layered flavor with espresso. It opens with the nostalgic sweetness of traditional winter melon tea, then finishes with refreshing citrus notes. Sweet but never cloying, it's a cup that feels like stepping into the neighborhood general store of childhood, simple, comforting, and full of memories.
