傳說這道甜點的誕生源自一次意外：某日葡萄牙國王突然造訪修道院，負責烘焙的修女因緊張誤將尚未完全熟成的蛋糕端出，沒想到這種特殊的口感反而深得國王喜愛，從此成為經典。
Legend has it that this dessert was born by accident. One day, the King of Portugal unexpectedly visited a monastery, and a nervous nun mistakenly served a cake that had not fully baked through. To everyone’s surprise, the king loved its unique texture, and it soon became a classic.
