天使戚風蛋糕口感輕盈細緻，完全不使用蛋黃，僅使用清爽的蛋白製作，所以蛋糕本體的味道不會蓋過抹茶味道，口感也會有一點點棉花糖（Marshmallow）的感覺、且製作上也有較高難度。
