為了重現這道經典夜市甜點，我們將巴斯克做成雙層結構。上層是香草風味，象徵冰淇淋濃郁的奶香；下層則是花生風味，拌入細碎香菜，還原那熟悉又令人驚喜的經典組合。

花生層特別使用麥芽糖製作，這也是我們堅持的另一個細節，希望呈現接近花生糖般濃郁的香氣與風味。再選用香氣更濃、層次更豐富的黑金剛花生，讓每一口都更接近記憶中的台灣味。

無論你是否吃過香菜花生冰淇淋，都值得試試這款獨特的香菜花生巴斯克，感受熟悉的夜市滋味，以另一種形式重新登場。

Have you ever tried cilantro and peanut ice cream at a Taiwanese night market? We turned this nostalgic street-food dessert into a Basque cheesecake.

To recreate its familiar flavors, we made the cheesecake in two layers. The top layer is vanilla, representing the rich creaminess of ice cream, while the bottom layer features peanut blended with finely chopped cilantro, bringing back that surprisingly addictive classic combination.

For the peanut layer, we use maltose to create a rich aroma and flavor reminiscent of traditional peanut candy. We also chose Black Diamond peanuts for their deeper aroma and more complex flavor, bringing each bite even closer to the taste of Taiwan we remember.

Whether you've tried cilantro and peanut ice cream before or not, this unique Basque cheesecake is worth a taste. A familiar night-market flavor, reimagined in an entirely different form.
