This pudding is built around a classic Japanese ingredient at its core, made with carefully selected Hokkaido kinako roasted soybean flour).
Roasted and ground to bring out an aroma more pronounced than ordinary kinako, it infuses the smooth, silky pudding base with a rich, layered flavor.
The first taste reveals distinct notes of nuttiness, roasted bean depth, and a warm, woody undertone. Combined with the dairy base, these flavors balance the sweetness and extend the finish. A simple, pure flavor profile that evokes the understated, rustic character of traditional Japanese sweets.
